At Aubri Art, I strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every print purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, I am here to assist you with our refund and returns policy.


  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Prints can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, prints must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  4. Exchanges:
    • I only replace prints if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me at sales@aubri.art.
  5. How to Initiate a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact me at sales@aubri.art with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
    • I will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary information for the return shipment.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Gift cards and downloadable digital prints are non-returnable.
  7. Damaged or Defective Prints:
    • In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately upon receipt.
    • I may require photo evidence of the damage to initiate the refund or replacement process.
  8. Cancellations:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  9. Refund Exceptions:
    • Refunds may not be issued for prints damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.

Please note that this policy is applicable only to purchases made directly through Aubri Art. For prints purchased through third-party retailers or platforms, please refer to their respective refund and returns policies.

Aubri Art reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website.
